Brindavan College, Bengaluru is a premier educational institution of higher learning in the garden city of India, the Silicon Valley and the knowledge capital of India. The college is located in a calm, serene and eco-friendly environment in the back drop of the Hebbal lake surrounded by agricultural land and coconut groove of the University of Agricultural Sciences.
The college is recognized by Government, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi which is the statutory body to approve professional courses and affiliated to Bangalore University, the biggest in Asia having “five star” accreditation by NAAC. (National Accreditation and Assessment Council), instituted by Government.
With more than a decade of excellence in professional education and training, Brindavan college is a leading college in Bengaluru. Over the years, Brindavan college has established a growing legacy of innovative thinkers and exceptional standards of academic achievements and it is one of the regions top educational institution. Students from more than 22 overseas countries have been sponsored by Government of India through Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR),New Delhi with scholarships to study various UG and PG programmes in our college.

Library
The college has built a new spacious Library spanning a total floor area of 600 sq mt. Library houses about 9,300 books and subscriptions to over – National (63) and International (33) journals.
The Library comes with provision for stock section, circulation section and reference section with advanced computers with internet connected for information searching. The Library reading space can accommodate nearly 250 library users.
The library has been using the “EASYLIB”, an integrated library management software package with all the modules for the library house keeping operations.

Documents Collection

Collection Organization :The library has adopted Open Access System. Documents are classified as per International Classification System ‘Dewey Decimal Classification’.
Automation: “Easylib” software is installed in the library’s Computers and used for Library Management. Bar-coding labels are pasted to all books in the library. ‘Digital Borrower’s Cards’ are issued to all Staff and Students.
Library Working Hours : Brindavan College of Engineering library users can use the library for their academic and research progress during following days.
Laboratories
Hostel facilities

• The Hostel is run by the College.
• The aim is to provide a safe home for the student studying in the College
• The Hostel is under the supervision of a Warden/P.R.O appointed by the Management
• Separate Hostel for Boys and Girls
• House Keeping is provided for keeping the Hostel clean and neat.
• In all matters the decision of the Management is final.

Internet Lab : A well equipped and furnished Internet Lab provides access to Internet for Students for gaining additional knowledge and communication.
College Canteen & Cafeteria : A well equipped and furnished Canteen and a Cafeteria within the campus of the college provides hygienic food to the students at moderate rates.
Web Site : Website facility is available to individual students to know about their attendance, progress and results. Parents can access to the progress of their Wards and also can know the developmental activities of the college.
Health facility : Health Care Center in the College provides Medical Checkup for the students.
College Magazine : The college publishes the College Magazine ” BUNYAAD” annually. The aim is to inspire the students and educate them in writing Articles, Poems, Cartoons, Laughters etc., of general interest.
Student Service Center : A business center is available within the college campus where students can get Xeroxing, Internet facility, Postal facility, Ticket booking facility etc., against payment of reasonable service charges.

Training plays a major role in shaping up the career goals of students. It is the dream of every student to get placed in a top organization visiting the campus for recruitment. Keeping this key aspect into consideration, it is realized that training is important for students to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placement in various Industries.
