M N Technical Institute, Bangalore was established in the year 1987 by the Poorna Pragna Academy Trust. Situated on the outskirts of the city of Bangalore, the institute is surrounded by public sector units like BEL, HMT and Peenya Industrial area. The institute was started to tap the human resource requirements of the industry at the shop floor & the supervisory levels.

The main motto was to provide technical education to students in far flung areas like Hesaraghatta, Yelahanka and Peenya. Thereby contributing to the development of our nation through its multitude activities. The institute is well connected to the central area of the vast & fast developing of city of Bangalore. This is a SILVER JUBILEE year for the institution!!!…The celebrations are yet to rock by the end of December. • Faculty Development Programs

Children/students are the torch bearers of the nation. Effective, proper guidance & training at the right instance moulds them into successful citizens of this great nation. To channelize the resources in the youth, they have to the guided by none other than teachers-trainers.

“Training the Trainer” is the principle on which these programmes are hosted. Faculty from various polytechnics all over Karnataka actively participate in the faculty development blood donation besides caring for their own health.

The library, a knowledge center of the institute houses about 12,500 volumes of standard books and periodicals on science and technology. About 1000 books are added each year. In addition leading international and national technical and scientific journals are subscribed for the benefits of students

The institution in equipped with a well established hostel. The students are provided with comfortable facilities. Discipline and academic excellence are the main focus of attention.

The hostelites are provided with gym facilities and yoga classes. This enables them to maintain physical fitness and mental alertness. The institution provides placement services to students of all streams. Many of the students have successfully been placed in leading organization.
