Government Polytechnic, Siddapur established in the year 2009, sprawling at Siddapur Town, Uttar Kannada District. The college provides technical education mainly to rural and economically backward students and has an enrollment of 252 students every year offered centralized admission by DTE & KEA and presently 414 students pursuing various Diploma courses. We have a faculty comprising 26 teaching staff including, Sl. grade Lecturers, & Lecturers. The classes are held at private rented buildings.
Our prime focus continues to drive us towards achieving increased standard of technical education. It is imperative, therefore, to be both creative & innovative in our approach to lead the institute towards an eminent centre of learning and focusing on vocational education. This has facilitated our effort to improve institutional governance, and services to community and economy.
